Justin Bieber was faced with some pretty serious charges in November when 20-year-old Mariah Yeater claimed she was mothering the young pop star's child. It didn't take long for the whole thing to blow over, but it was enough to inspire Bieber to write a whole song about the experience. He changed the name a little bit to "Maria" and calls the baby a "she," though the baby was a boy, but the reference is obvious.

In May, Bieber explained, "The whole baby situation, where they said I had her baby -- totally not true, by the way -- I wrote a song about that. It's kind of my 'Billie Jean.'" Now that his sophomore album "Believe" is out, you can give the track a listen and let us know what you think. Is the song an appropriate response to the situation, or is it a weird way to deal with the trouble?

He's got a right to handle it however he needs to, it IS his "Billie Jean". But now she got him to write a song about her. She has that forever. An artist's music IS their creation, their "baby". So now she DOES have a musical "baby" (creation) of his, and it's personalized to her. I wouldn't give someone that satisfaction.

She could get her own independent DNA test done, which she would do if she actually had sex w him and knew it was his.

Though when he says "she's talking in and needs a squeeze" sounds like she banged on his hotel door, he pity-hugged her and she left ("almost had to call the cops".) Cuz if it were sex, it's dudes that get "the squeeze".
