Sure, I don't see why not. No matter what her personal issues are, they won't affect her ability to love that little baby. It's not like she is gonna do coke with an infant. I'm sure she will love, play with, and spoil the heck out of that little baby! She has her own issues, but I don't see how they would make her not be a good sister.
