Lindsay Lohan Wants to Remake ‘Thelma & Louise’ With Jennifer Lawrence: Match Made in Heaven... or Hell?

Surprisingly, I can appreciate Lindsay Lohan more than Jennifer Lawrence. I didn't like some comments Jennifer made in her 17 magazine interview.

Lindsay is a good actress, but she is clearly going through to many things right now. I think that Jennifer isn't as talented as her, or as pretty. Though she definitely is a rising star, I think that Lindsay is better. Too bad she has all the bad press.

Stay away, J-Law, stay far away! You might catch something!

As a personal friend of mine - and I say this with all sincerity, I think Lindsay is a greatly talented actress.

However, as good as she is, she's not fit for some roles - while in others, she is totally the right person and none others would have quite the impact - however, in the age of remakes, Lindsay - as good as I think she is doesn't have the finesse or character to pull this off - unless her character is totally rewritten for a younger age group, but then the story as I know it doesn't hold any water.

So - to state...Lindsay is fantastic in so many film, this will not be one of them.

First of all, a remake should not be made - because the ending was so fine, not many stories could be as memorable - with an ending as this.

Second, Lindsay is awesome, but she isn't old enough - even with makeup and a hairstyle applied - I can't see her pull of so memorable.

Third - if anybody should happen to do this remake, I definitely should consider Charlize Theron and Gina Gershon or Dina Meyer in the roles.

Lindsay can play in a secondary character and she would be a total treasure, but as lead in this tale, she should be devastating to the story - unless she played an FBI agent.

Anything with Lindsay driving over a cliff has got to be great.

From comments I have been reading there's very few people who even like Lindsay anymore.

Some movies do not need to be remade.

GET SOME ORGINAL IDEAS, PLEASE !!! Better yet aqll people who watch TV, should turn OFF their sets ONE day a week..........IN PROTEST OF HAVING NOTHING "NEW" TO WATCH ???

LiLo should play both parts and I will gladly contribute the convertible for her to drive off the cliff providing the cliff is high enough and she is not replaced by a stunt double.

JLaw should stay FAR FAR AWAY! Not only is she "streets ahead" in talent compared to Lohan but she also mastered the transition from child actress to adult actress. Whereas Lohan made the transition from child actress to train-wreck...

Thelma & Louise WHY A REMAKE, what can they do to add to this movie!!
NOTHING, what has happen to Hollywood,have they run out of ideas and people who can adapt a book or create a screen play from a idea.

We are tired of remakes that have nothing to add to the original movie!

What she wants and what will happen - different story. I hope Ms. Lawrence stays as far away from LL as possible.
