Liz had a star quality that Lindsay could only dream of. No amount of makeup can give anyone that.

Elizabeth Taylor had a heart for the underdog, and I think that she would have been proud of Lindsay Lohan's efforts. It's amazing how many people like to put their foot on you when you're down. Lindsay needs a lot of help, and looking at her parents, it is not surprising that she has such a troubling life.

Liz as a young woman was extremely hot and had low morals. She was an okay actress that really lived it up. Is the prevailing theory that Liz would was somehow different or is it that she is thought to be a hypocrite?

7 husbands and 8 marriages since 1950, one of which was Burton, who she married twice. Addicted to pills and booze since 1950's, hypochondriac forever til death. Elizabeth Taylor was no saint, she was a husband stealer and did her share of unethical things. She even went into rehabilitation to kick a drug habit, she has a few things in common with Lindsay. Lindsay unfortunately didn't have the greatest rearing from her parents.

i see, the vast majority of voters on SH never saw liz act and didn't know about her long history as a hypochondriac and drunk. She was know for two things in her youth. 1.She was hot and 2.she chased every thing in pants. Some one explain how she differs from Miss Lohan? Maybe alcohol is somewhat better than drugs?

I'm glad to see that I am not the only one who feels that Lindsay and Liz might have had more in common than many realize. Which is why I think as Liz got older, she always fought for the underdog.
