I am white and I am proud of it. When I was younger I would get tan but that was only because I was out in the sun swimming and doing other activities. Now that I live in the desert I try to stay out of the sun because I burn easily so I do my swimming at night.
I don't understand why people can't just be content with how and who they are.

I'm a pale person by complexion. I have tanned in the past, but it doesn't stay, and I don't really get dark. Also, my husband is Albino, so I guess tan doesn't matter to me!

I gave up the ghost on getting a tan a long time ago. I freckle on my face and arms and that's about it, I use fake tan anyway, it's much safer.

Not anymore and besides it's very dangerous as they are finding out. When I was alot younger, I would be upset I couldn't get tan in the summer (was a fair skinned red head who would mainly just burn). I'd put tanning lotions on but never did the tanning salon thing.

Not personally. Bf keeps nagging me to be more tanned though. It's not sunny enough and I honestly don't have time to lie outside during the day for long enough to tan, even if it was sunny. I have tanning moisturiser so I might use that some more.....

what are they tanning her with? Exotic and rare Dodo poo? i prefer to stay nice n pale. but i have olive skin so i can tan if i want.

But I've got a lot of Greek in me, and I tan pretty easily, in the summer I don't even have to try. It's not important to me though.

I may sit out (or not) in the sun occasionally during the summer but I've never been to or will visit a tanning salon.

I have olive skin so I really have no need but either way I dislike tanning I think pale skin is beautiful. Natural skin is always the best.

I am a carmel-like color and I'm fine with it. Please learn to love your natural skin color, because frequent tanning can and will damage your skin!

Those aren't really my legs- mine are scrawny :(
