Lindsay Lohan May Sue 'Scary Movie 5' Producers: Does She Have a Case?

She shouldn't be such a nightmare to work with. She deserved it.

No! Lilo needs to take a good look at her life and back off the drugs and booze, take her career seriously and move on. Sueing someone for joking about then truth is no way to get straight.

If it's in her contract that she has final say on her scenes, then yes. Still pretty funny though.

Lindsey is scary enough in real life. Not only producers, but any male with
a lick of common horsesense will take off running in the other direction at
the mere sight of that wicked girl.

I don't know if she has a case or not, that is not for me to speculate or decide on. What needs to happen is for Lindsay not to get hired for movies. Rewarding bad behavior never solves anything. Until she becomes culpable for her choices and learns from them nothing in her life will change. All these people (film makers, etc.) are enabling her by giving her work. She hasn't hit "real" rock bottom. Unfortunately for many, that is what has to happen for real change to happen. I wish good things for her and hope she survives herself. There was a time in my life where I didn't think I could survive myself, but I did. There is hope for everyone, they just need to take the initiative.

I am still dumbfounded as to why she was hired to play the part of Liz Taylor.
Lohan wouldn't make a pimple on Taylor's butt. The people who would be much less than happy about her in Scary Movie are the people who actually watch it.

It was ok to make fun of others before her. Like Pam Anderson etc..Don't try to instigate any actions as if she she was innocent.She got paid very well to do a movie based on spoofs from their life experiences and bad movies they've been in...Just sayin...

Anything goes in a court of law. It should stand for justice, not opinion. I want to further add that Lindsey's inability to handle the power of fame and wealth is common in hollywood. We mock her now, but who among us that have the charisma, comeliness and drive to be in her position could have done better? 60%? Maybe, but others may have done far worse. Hollywood is full of famous blowouts.

She should be used to people making fun of her pathetic life. I could see if what they were portraying was untrue. She should be lucky that she got a part in a movie because I thought her career was over years ago. Why are we still even talking about her?

Lindsay made a joke of herself with her seemingly irreversible trend of stupid behavior. Even though her movies that I previously watched play often enough to watch them, I can't watch without being disgusted at the bright future she had just ten years ago that has been trashed by her own actions. She's likely too much trouble for a half hour porn shoot!

Depends entirely on what her contract says. "Lindsay was assured" doesn't mean jack in Hollywood unless you get it in writing and even then the studios have lawyers lower than the dirt on the bottom of a snake's belly that will fight the law and almost always win.
