Lindsay Lohan Claims She’s Being Framed for Jewelry Theft: Is She Guilty or Innocent?

Just when it seemed like Lindsay Lohan was getting her act together (a few minor fender benders aside), it looks like she’s landed in some serious hot water yet again. And the “Mean Girls” star might soon have another theft on her record. Find out more details in the video below!

The recent trouble began when LiLo attended an overnight party at the Hollywood Hills home of her multimillionaire buddy Sam Magid on August 20. In the light of day, Magid noticed that some of his valuables, including jewelry and silverware, had vanished. Although he ultimately recanted his story, police continued to investigate the incident. That’s when Lohan went from houseguest to suspect.

According to reports Andrew Knight, son of record mogul Suge, accused Lohan of giving him the hot goods wrapped up in a shirt. Knight swears he returned the items in question. For her part, Lohan is claiming that Knight is trying to frame her. And in an even odder twist, Magid has alleged that Lohan told him that she hid some of his priceless possessions in his house while in an Ambien-induced haze because she feared there might be a theft. What do you think: Is Lindsay guilty or innocent?

    Here's a thought ..

IF this was anyone else ..
and the folks they were with committed burglary/robbery of homes/stores ..
    brought the thieves there ..
they'd be charged as accessories ..
convicted .. and cooling their heels in a cell ..

(she truly needs to learn a lesson that her choices have never been good .. instead of the revolving door of the jail .. she's needed a good bit of time sitting in a cell .. and having to deal with the ramifications of her choices ..

How the hell do we know? She is innocent until proven guilty, unless you are Nancy Grace and then she is guilty because she is being charged. Trial in the press or by the public is stupid and sick.

Not sure it matters whether she did it or not. A great number of people want her in prison because she HAS escaped any meaningful punishment for her numerous episodes of breaking the law. Ironic that her only shot at solving her psychiatric and substance abuse problems may be going to prison where her access to drugs or alcohol will at least be severely limited.

She's a spoiled brat who needs to learn that all her money will not get her out of trouble. She has NO respect for the law or other people. She has been arrested numerous times for drunk driving and nearly killed someone once. If that were any of us, we'd be in jail fully serving time. Throw this waste of space in jail.

This girl has had more than her share of troubles with the law and she's in her early 20's. I liked her in a few of her movies and just because she was there partying and staying overnight, does not mean that she did the deed. One thing's for sure, according to the law, she is innocent until PROVEN guilty. My thoughts on the whole matter of Lindsay and her drug and alcohol difficulties, is just quit and don't go to all the parties where the problems start in the first place. Perhaps if she kept a lower profile, she wouldn't be in so much trouble so often. If she were my child, I would support her emotionally, but because she is of age, she needs to accept the consequences of her actions. Once you become out of control, you have a harder time getting that control back without some soul searching, or you just end it all in suicide as some promising and great actors have done - River Phoenix to name one. She needs to stay focused and get her head out of the toilet and get on with her life and quit partying with people who seem to always get her in trouble with the law!

wadafok are we even talking about this beach for?

I do NOT follow "celebrity". I can't even name the most recent movies from Hollywood. But, I hear this beache's name far to often, involved in bad stuff.

Again, wadafok are you even doing reading, listening, and talking about her? Throw the wench to the wolves, in prison, where she belongs. All you chumps stop funding her bad conduct. FORGET HER! She's a has-been, or a could-a-been.

Until proven guilty. The media of today sensationalizes everything to the point that the one grain of truth in the whole mix is buried, and all types of innuendo and pseudo news escape in a gaseous vapor known now as news. It stinks.
