Barbara Walters has spoken of her disappointment as Lindsay Lohan has pulled out of an appearance on her show “20/20” on ABC, which would have aired November 16.
Walters, 83, spoke about the cancellation on “The View” yesterday, announcing that "My interview with Lindsay is canceled. She has new PR people, a very well-known group that we do business with all the time."

Lindsay’s reps apparently said that she “doesn’t feel up to it.” However, Walters was hurt to discover that she has been booked to promote her upcoming Lifetime movie “Liz and Dick,” on “The Tonight Show with Jay Leno” instead.
"If they'd said to me 'You know, Barbara, she isn't up to the kinds of questions that you might ask' . . . I wouldn't feel quite as disappointed as I do today,” Walters lamented. She added that she “like[s] Lindsay Lohan very much” and that the interview "could have set a lot of things straight." Do you think Lindsay is just avoiding Barbara’s tough questions?
