Lindsay Lohan Arrested Again: Will She Ever Learn?

Some things never change -- Lindsay Lohan was arrested early Wednesday in New York after hitting a pedestrian with a Porsche, police told The New York Daily News. The actress, 26, was maneuvering around a crowd of people in New York City's trendy Meatpacking District, according to the report.

"She's driving in this freight area, going very slow," a police source told the paper. "She's hitting her horn because there's a lot of people in the area. The crowd moves but she kind of brushes against this one guy. He runs up to her, tells her she hit him. They get out of the car, there's some interaction with her, her entourage and the guy."

Lohan proceeded to go clubbing, and the man called the police, according to the News. She was later arrested and booked for leaving the scene of an accident with an injury, and issued a desk appearance ticket. The man was taken to a local hospital for a knee injury.

According to TMZ, Lohan says she didn't know she hit anyone, and she thinks she's the victim of a set-up. While Lilo is certainly innocent until proven guilty, it's hard to believe she's in trouble AGAIN. Will she ever learn?

    Yeah, I commented on this one before seeing the details and I think you could be right. Someone looking to jump on the opportunity for a little cash out. Lots of those out there too unfortunately! But Lilo is still a spoiled brat who needs more than a wrist slap and free pass.

    I am hoping she will, although I think the only way is if she escapes the influence of her Mom. She definitely not a positive influence on Lindsay Lohan. Naturally she will repeat the same mistake over and over and over and over she will learn how to get herself out of it because that's all she is taught instead of encouraging her to do the right thing. I don't think her mom knows what that is either! So Lindsay never had a chance! If I where her mom, I'd send her out on a Volunteer work at some third world country she can see how well she really has it! Poor girl, so misguided!

    I don't know. I think all these things happening to her aren't deterring her from still doing wrong. Frankly, I don't think she really cares right now. Her mom is of no encouragement for her. So she might be a lost cause.

    Now...you open another whole discussion with youyr comment. How about corporal punishment (NOT ABUSE) but a good old fashioned spanking which only us older generation will remember was quite effective. Perhaps if Miss Lohan had lucky enough to have some of that earlier in life, she wouldn't be the basket case you we so often in the tabloids.

    See if she would have been locked up the way any of us would have been, if we would have done what she did. Then there wouldn't be a innocent person suffering. I wish you could file law suits against judges because that should be the first person that should be served papers.
