Lindsay Lohan apparently wants Amanda Bynes to suffer the way she has.
Lohan, 26, tweeted, "Why did I get put in jail and a nickelodeon star has had NO punishment(s) so far?" which seemed to allude to Bynes, also 26, who was pulled over by police and had her car impounded Sunday for driving with a suspended license, law enforcement sources tell TMZ.
"I can confirm that Amanda Bynes was cited at approximately 8:20 a.m. Sunday for driving with a suspended license," Victor Gill of the Burbank Airport Police tells People. "Her car was impounded and she received a misdemeanor citation. She was not arrested."
Don't worry, Lilo -- Bynes may do her time. She's currently facing a DUI charge and two counts of hit-and-run, The Los Angeles Times reports.

She's done nothing but made a fool of herself, trying to accuse Lady Gaga, the Mistress of genius Madness and Art, of ripping her off. Sorry, Madonna... if you instead WORKED WITH her rather than attempt to rise against, perhaps you THEN could have made a comeback.
Now, well... have fun with Nicki Minaj. She's an overgrown delusional brat herself, and you sank low enough to collaborate with her. I think you two will get along swimmingly.
