I believe that lil Kim is hatting on nicki minaj because she is better than lil kim simply because she has her own style swag and demeanor so I don't see Why lil kim says that nicki is biting of her when they have 2 different styles

This is an Urban Legend. This rumor comes up every few years about one celeb or another. Back in the day it was about Rod Stewart, which turned out to be false as well.

Even so, sperm is not poisonous, hence from a physiological stand point, it would cause no damage to the lining of the human stomach, nor cause nausea. There have never been any cases of prostitutes being treated for sperm consumption. I'm sure if there were an adverse reaction, there would be a history of prostitutes being treated for this condition.

Those rumors come out every few years on one celeb or another, all are urban legends. I was hoping to appeal to your good judgement about the likelihood of something like that possibly being true.

The possiblity of Lil Kim having sex with so many men (enough to fill her stomach with sperm) would be highly unlikely. If you think about it, Porn Stars would probably be another likely candidate for having been treated for that symptom, but there's never been a case of any Porn Star having her stomach pumped either. The rumor just simply just couldn't be true, but people unwittingly continue to spread these stories, probably because they don't like the person.
