She clearly wasn't singing to her full potential, but honestly she wasn't THAT bad. You can even tell how nervous or even sick she was feeling just by looking at her. She had a bad night. Get over it. It's not like it was Ashlee-Simpson bad.

This is rather sad...on how she sang off key and everything. But on the brightside- it could have been way worse. I think. O_O'

I heard her sing on SNL. She sang off key. Someone should tell her. Her lips are distractingly artificial, that was all I could watch. She recently had them plumped up.

I looked up her song she sang in YouTube, and she didn't sound bad.

But I'm sorry to that she sounded tone deaf on SNL, plus she wasn't a really well known artist. I don't know if that might be one reason, but it's my only other theory.

Watch the performance again, but this time, close your eyes. She is supposed to perform that way. Her vocals are so ghastly and haunting. Her pitch range is amazing. She dips in and out of tone. She certainly is not a visual performer. But just listen to her live, naked voice without any other distractions. her singing is just amazing and I don't think the world is ready for her.

Exactly. Too many "artists" have become reliant on autotune. I'm to the point where if I hear someone singing using it I turn it off immediately. Can't stand it.

Thankyou, very much. I think her nerves really got the best of her you could tell by her expressions and how she barley moved but couldn't say she was horrendous.

I looked up some of her songs on youtube before I watched her performance's She's isn't that bad. I also looked up blue jeans I think she did better with this performance but I disliked the really low notes she sang at the start, I think it would sound better if she eased up a bit more.

Sounded OK. She looked pretty scared there at the beginning. It was something without electronic alterations and everything else fine tuning it into some sort of perfection, so good for her.

Sounded ok to me. People are probably used to hearing her spectacular recorded performance that she first sang. Happens all the time with live stuff.

Because she did sing fine. I watched it on youtube and thought she was awesome! I liked her awkward movements. People make big things out of nothing, honestly. After watching I went out and got her song Blue Jeans and it's now one of my favs. And by going out I mean sitting on my ass downloading it.

I think she sings fine. She was understandably nervous that night. Overall I love her voice. it's unique and like nothing you hear on the radio.
