Leave it to Lady Gaga to throw the most bizarre fragrance launch party in history. She unveiled her first scent “Fame,” which features touches of semen and blood, at New York’s Fashion Week last night. And it’s safe to say that there has never been an event quite like it.

During the evening dubbed “Sleeping with Gaga,” the pop star nodded off in a giant egg and allowed guests to reach through and touch her. Of course not just any little monster was deemed worthy of poking Gaga as she napped. The guest list was heavily scrutinized and included celebutante Paris Hilton and fashion designer Marc Jacobs.

After waking up, however, Gaga did what any sensible host would do. Donning lingerie, she sat down to have a Honey Boo Boo-like cherub tattooed on the back of her neck. Even the people in the cheap seats could witness her getting inked. It was broadcast on a big-screen TV for all to see.

But, don't worry. If you weren’t lucky enough to make the exclusive list, you can still pick up a bottle of “Fame,” which Gaga says she wanted to smell like an “expensive hooker.” What do you think: What was the weirdest thing about Gaga's perfume launch?

People have praised her too much that now she's got it in her head that she can do anything 'shocking' and people will call it 'creative and original' and she doesn't care because she's being praised for it.

I honestly hate her in the media, I would not care at all if she got kidnapped by Robert Pickton.

First off, there is NOTHING wrong with how she launched her perfume. She did it in typical Gaga fashion. Second "Honey Boo Boo-like cherub tattooed on the back of her neck". Cherubs have NOTHING to do with honey boo boo. Lady Gaga is Italian and cherubs are a common artistic motif found through out classic Italian art. "Expensive Hooker" is a reference to her song "Government Hooker" by the way.

Yeah, I get you, attention. In my opinion, for musician's, music should be the way to get people's attention, not what the musician wears or the surreal stuff they do (unless it's for a musical performance). I guess that's just Gaga's ways, but I'm not keen....

The tatoo is on the back of her head, not on the back of her neck. Whatever the smell of her cheap hooker perfume, it's got to clash with the smell of rotting meat from that meat dress she wears!!! Smells like a hooker zombie corpse likely. She's Lady KaKa.
