Leave it to Lady Gaga to throw the most bizarre fragrance launch party in history. She unveiled her first scent “Fame,” which features touches of semen and blood, at New York’s Fashion Week last night. And it’s safe to say that there has never been an event quite like it.

During the evening dubbed “Sleeping with Gaga,” the pop star nodded off in a giant egg and allowed guests to reach through and touch her. Of course not just any little monster was deemed worthy of poking Gaga as she napped. The guest list was heavily scrutinized and included celebutante Paris Hilton and fashion designer Marc Jacobs.

After waking up, however, Gaga did what any sensible host would do. Donning lingerie, she sat down to have a Honey Boo Boo-like cherub tattooed on the back of her neck. Even the people in the cheap seats could witness her getting inked. It was broadcast on a big-screen TV for all to see.

But, don't worry. If you weren’t lucky enough to make the exclusive list, you can still pick up a bottle of “Fame,” which Gaga says she wanted to smell like an “expensive hooker.” What do you think: What was the weirdest thing about Gaga's perfume launch?

Who in their right mind would want to splash/spray on something that contains "touches of blood and semen?" Disgusting and disturbing at the same time. I do like certain Gaga songs but that's where it begins and ends. She try's way too hard to be super freaky. I don't think Id ever want to be around her in person.

The only thing that would truly shock me...is if Gaga just showed up somewhere in jeans sneaks, and a t-shirt and sang a legitimate, heartfelt, to-be-taken-serious- song. No gimmicks, no costumes. Only then will I be shocked, by this Lady Gaga.

Lingerie was awesome x) Expensive hooker? Hmm... I can't say about that ,you never know. As far as I know it has Bellodona notes, honey, saffron, and apricot notes, Tiger Orchid notes as well as those of Jasmine Sambac - gives out fruity, floral scent :D
And whaa....
" Honey Boo Boo-like cherub" :P Err.. That tattoo is a representation of a pure spirit glowing with love, used for funerary purposes. It was for her close friend and photographer Terry's mom who recently passed away.

Her egg-tent looks amazingly comfy, lingerie is fantastic and (while I'm sure Kim Kardashian is fuming since she didn't think to describe her scent this way) her perfume probably does smell like an expensive hooker. Getting inked? I don't see the connection to perfume.
