Lady Gaga Tells Carly Rae Jepsen to 'Watch Out' After Billboard Pass: Who Do You Like More?

Lady Gaga is a "monster" when it comes to Carly Rae Jepsen. Gaga (jokingly?) threatened the "Call Me Maybe" singer on Twitter after Jepsen's hit song surpassed "Born This Way" on the Billboard charts.

"@carlyraejepson (sic) I SEE you just swooped in and broke my BORN THIS WAY record of the most weeks at #1," Gaga tweeted. "DONT GET COMFORTABLE IM COMING FOR YOU."

Jepsen's summer hit is in its seventh week at No. 1 on the charts; "Born This Way" topped the charts for six weeks, E! Online reports. So, can Carly Rae Jepsen really top Gaga for good? Or is the Gags practically pop royalty by now? Whichever pop princess (or monster) you prefer, there's definitely some new competition in the pop world!

I'm sorry but I cannot stand that song "Call Me Maybe" I'm sure she has a few other good songs but I've heard pretty much all of Lady Gaga's and I'm already a huge fan of her's to begin with.

I like both artists, but the one commonly known song of Carly Rae Jepsen is Call Me Maybe and Lady Gaga has way more songs which are commonly known, so I think I'm going for Gaga. -shrug-

I met Carly back in 2007 when she was in the top 3 of Canadian Idol . She was so very sweet . She even stood up to take a picture with me even though the security wouldn't allow it during the autograph session after the live performance show . Carly thank ;-)

Gaga is merely average, and has a small collection of artistically-passable songs. Jepsen's persona is vapid and idiotic, and the "best" part of her only real hit is the horrible fake string instrumentation in the chorus.

I really love Lady Gaga. Admittedly, I like CRJ's song, it's catchy. But, it gets really irritating to listen to often. It's just one of those songs. Lady Gaga promotes some great things, like originality and acceptance. So, obviously I'm going to pick Gaga. But, if Carly Rae brings out more songs, that aren't just one hit wonders and actually mean something, then I may reconsider.

I really don't have any interest in either one of them but I dislike Lady Gaga more. Reference the tweet I will defend Lady Gaga on that I can guarantee you she meant it jokingly. I hardly think anyone is going to go ballistic of something like that.
