Lady Gaga is on the cover of Vogue for the second time -- and you didn't think she was going to look normal, did you? Actually, the cover is kind of tame for Gaga, with the exception of the huge blonde afro she's sporting along with pale makeup. She wears an oddly shaped, strapless pinkish-purple gown that looks kind of like a perfume bottle. All in all, the look is very ... Gaga.
Speaking of perfume, the magazine raves about Gaga's new fragrance, Fame (it appears black in the bottle, but when sprayed, becomes clear). "The fragrance is called Fame. It must be black. It must be enticing. You must want to lick and touch and feel it, but the look of it must terrify you," she tells the mag.
Gaga also tells Vogue that she likes to "feel a little irresponsible and act like I'm 19" -- and that sometimes involves a "roll into a bar" to dance topless or having sex on the beach. Is anyone else picturing Gaga dancing topless at a bar ... wearing a giant blonde afro?

+6Neither really. Whats normal with gaga? This seems rather tame for her though. I see nothing sweet about it. I don't think its that cool nor do I think it sugary or warm. It's lady gaga.

She's literally been touring the world for the past year and is just now coming to tour in America. Chances are any more news about her next album isn't out yet.
