Lady Gaga met some resistance in South Korea when religious groups protested her concert there, but Indonesia is taking it to a whole new level. According to the BBC, Indonesian police have denied Gaga a permit to perform in the country on June 3, but it's not exactly because they don't approve of her message. At least, not directly. They're doing it for her own good. The Islamic Defenders Front is threatening to intercept the diva when she gets there.
A spokesman for the Indonesian police told the BBC, "It is better that we don't give permission rather than that [the concert] ends up being stopped by the people. We have already received a letter requesting us to consider the people's plea [for cancellation]. And the Jakarta Police also refused to recommend a permit for the concert because we don't want people to clash." Did they make the right choice in denying Lady Gaga a permit to perform in Indonesia?

Also, bizarre clothing? She just has a different sense of style. Fashion again, is also a form of expression. Everybody's opinion on things differ. What's bizarre to you might be fun for her. Personally, I enjoy seeing all the outfits she wears. At the very least, it entertains.
Besides, I took the time to follow your link and I assure you that many of these are either completely false, or resulted from misinterpretations of the law derived from Islam (shari'a). Remember, religious teachings and guidance is one thing, the way people look at it is another. The same thing happened in Christianity, does the religion allow popes and clerical figures to take advantage of their status and control ignorant masses? I highly doubt it, but it still happened.
I said the same thing in another comment, and that's valid regardless of the religion we're talking about: there's a difference between rules dictated by the laws of a religion and how people decided to apply them or misinterpret them. I could go on and on about this matter but I can't keep wasting my time here (I noticed that you've already approved one of the other girl's pictures). You and others chose to limit your view on Islam on what you're shown everyday by anti-Muslim media until you became the same yourselves. I would have gladly answered your questions about any matter regarding our religion and our societies but I can't tolerate somebody who's openly spreading hatred against my religion.
