Most people who use marijuana, use it to get high and often become obsessed with the drug and make it into an idol, which is an object they devote themselves and worship other than God. Many people use marijuana as a means to cope or escape from something. When we excessively seek out and indulge in pleasures to experience peace, joy, and comfort then this is considered idol worship and is forbidden in the bible. Anything used in excess, even TV or video games and even food can be idol worship. When you are dependent on something other than God then you are certainly not free but are a slave to that thing and are therefore in bondage. When you are dependent on something then you are not in control. We are to rely and depend on God alone. All throughout the bible we see how idolatry destroys the life of God’s people. We should not give our lives to anything that will control us.

if she's smoking pot, then yeah... But if she's already admitted to it, then yeah too. At least she's honest about her breaking the law. IT's not so much about pot's effects to me anymore really, I'm for Medical weed. I'm even for it being prescribed as somehting for people with depression and junk. However, I hate it's abuse, cuz the Good Lord put it on here to help us, not for us to use as a commodity. Also, America as a whole isn't able to hold it's weed: People drop out and lose alll modtivation to go on after starting it.. I have much to say, but think on this here, it's a boon to some, and a bane to others. Just cuz it doesn't hurt you, doesn't mean tat it sdoesn't hurt others.
