I understand that this should be an issue no longer in my mind, but I can't seem to help it. Please watch this video and give me your opinion, do you still think it was a suicide?

relying on a leaked autopsy report and seattle police department records obtained under the freedom of information act, they reveal that the official suicide scenario was scientifically impossible. the records show that cobain had ingested a triple lethal dose of heroin, before his life was ended with a shotgun bullet, suggesting a murder staged to look like a suicide. private invesitgator tom grant said "right before his daughter was born courtney seemed preoccupied with convincing everyone how suicidal kurt was" the missing credit card, the stool pushed up against the door i mean.. this speaks for itself. he was fighting for full custody of his daughter, he said to a reporter "i'm leaving the music industry to live for my daughter" he loved his child so much. this is only a very small part of this tragic story...

i always thought he didn't suicide because of his daughter and doubted about curtney because she said that he made her take drugs, if she really loved him she would had help him with his drugs trouble ot tell everyone, and this new information conffirms only one thing for me, curtney love (?) = murderer

I've watched too many documentaries and read a lot about this. There seems to be a whole lot of evidence pointing to the fact that he was murdered. Whatever it is, R.I.P Kurt Cobain

i'm stuck in a limbo here. there are certain details and facts that support each hypothesis. like the size of the gun and the amount of heroin, plus courtney's previous attempt to murder kurt known as the The Rome Incident. And the fact that Courtney also most likely murdered the bassist of her band Hole because she was quitting the band to move back home to chicago to get away from the drug scene but coincidently the night that she died was the night before she was going to move and also coincidently she died about 2 months and 10 days after kurt had died and she too had also overdosed on heroin and died in a baracaded room. odd isn't it? but then again Kurt's suicide note was written to his childhood imaginary friend Boddah... how in the hell would courtney know about boddah and if she did, how in the hell would she be intelligent enough to write his suicide note to boddah. it just makes no sense. i'm stuck. and most likely leaning towards believing he committed suicide. but does anyone have any more evidence that he would have been murdered?

I think Kurt was murdered but still feel that he should have been in a mental
hospital because he was unstable before he died due to personal problems and drugs.I think it was a conspiracy because of his influence and instability
plus telling things like they are.He had talent to me though. He was a poet.

Ive always said it was murder. the "suicide" note resembled (yeah, more like was) a song he had been writing, and the last lines were written in a different hand, signature didnt even match his. he was left handed, but was shot on the right side of his head (shooters generally use their dominant hand. so wouldn't he have shot himself on the left????) not to mention it was a full sized shotgun, and he was a short man, he couldnt have shot himself in the head using his hands, he would have had to use a toe, but! he was found with both shoes on....
and, come on! Courtney had already put him in the hospital by giving him his meds with alcohol, knowing this could be fatal (yea, he could have turned the wine down, but being the spouse of someone taking meds like these, that brings responsibilities; my husband would never be so careless with me!! I am convinced she did this on purpose, she was trying to kill him. She tried to hire a hit man for christs sake!!!)
OK, I could go on, but typing is hurting me... just felt obligated to say the above... It was soo defiantly a murder.

It seems there was enough evidence to suggest that Kurt Gobang was murdered! Either way, he sounded like a dying dog when he sung, so maybe someone just put him out of his misery! Other than that, one of his guitarists had to help him with a few of their songs, because he wasn't musically talented enough for it, which suggests he was a phony anyway! On the other hand, I do however have great respect for the actual musicians of Nirvana, but not Kurt Gobang!

It was murder--Courtney Love did it. I did a report on Cobain for a class and read about an investigation that had taken place. The detective said that he had too much drugs in his system to have been able to clean up all of the "materials." Unless he could have shot himself using his foot rather than his hand, there is no possible way he could have done it.

I don't know much about this, but the lack of fingerprints and the dose of drugs makes suicide doubtful if not disproven.

I haven't seen enough, or know enough about the case to offer an opinion at this time......it sounds like there is a ffair amount of suspicion out there regarding Courtney Love.....and maybe the police ought to look into this more deeply.....

I really don' know that much about Kurt Cobain or his band. I don't know anything about Courtney Love but with the statements made in the video I would assume it to be murder. First off you stated that he had O.D'ed on heronine, enough to kill him 3 times and that alone would have kept him from shooting himself because he'd have already been dead, but the thing that really bothered me about it was the fact that a parents love for their child is so much more than anyone who's not a parent could ever imagine. I don't think he would have shot himself where his daughter could have found him. Anywho this probably makes no sense because yeah anywho I just don't think he killed himself. And I don't think that guy that got hit by the train was a coincedence either.

There are many facts that point to both sides. He was beyond depressed, as heroin brings you up and then crashing back down. BUT the amount of barbituates(sp?) in his system was so much that there was no way that he would have even been able to put the syringe up to his arm. He would have been comatose hours before hand. And THAT makes one wonder, doesn't it....

I guess we will never know what actually happened. There are arguments pro suicide and there are some pro murder... Fact is Cobain was a drug addict, he had depression... But still there are many questions about Cobain's death. I think this case will stay open after all - his fans will claim it was intrigue, police will say - suicide... maybe someday there will be found evidence which eventually solve it.
