Actress Kristin Chenoweth was released from the hospital on Thursday, one day after she was injured by falling lighting equipment on the set of "The Good Wife." Hear more about the chilling 911 call in the video below!

"Kristin has been released from the hospital and is home recovering," her rep, Jill Fritzo, said in a statement. "She thanks everyone for their prayers and well wishes." But what happened? "A gust of wind blew a lighting silk out of place striking actress Kristin Chenoweth," the studio said in a statement. Kristin Chenoweth was carried off the set on a stretcher, and she was spotted wearing a neck brace in the Intensive Care Unit of a New York hospital after she was "knocked out cold," The New York Daily News reported.

This wasn't the first time Kristin took a beating on the job. Last year, she hurt her back on the set of "Glee" when she fell down a flight of stairs, and in 2006, she fell off the stage during a rehearsal of one of her Broadway shows, the News reports. Is acting a dangerous job? Or is Kristin just accident-prone?

That dosn't mean it isn't dangerous for some roles. It's safer than being a firefight or a soldier but it's more dangerous than being a writer.

That's a different story though. Him and a friend were messing around, and there weren't suppose to be actual bullets in the gun.

acting will try to chew you up and spit you out into a crazy or messed up place.Look at what happened to Britiny Spears and Lindsey Lohan.

It says "Kristin Chenoweth was carried off the set on a stretcher, and she was spotted wearing a neck brace in the Intensive Care Unit of a New York hospital after she was "knocked out cold," The New York Daily News reported." So unless those are lies, it sounds like she was seriously injured.
