The only way this crappy series will get any better would be if Abe Lincoln slayed both them and the werewolves as the finale, or Zombies ate them. The first one was an okay kiddie vamp twist, but they really do suck (pun intened) now.

To me, its not just the fans. Its everyone who watches the movies only too. Lets say you are just a fan of the movies, even though they suck mostly, but you are. There is the whole build up, and the first BD film showed the worst parts of the book. Good, but then you look deeper and see that certain things aren't right. Jacob is a pedophile by loving the baby, right? Well, it should resolved, right? There will be a battle, right? Wrong. This movie will kill the fandom more than ever. Its already the most hated book, why add on? Why not make it just one movie? The rest was filler anyway.

I feel like the fans fell in love with the image of Edward and Bella as a unit of eternal love that would prevail, no matter what.
But it is the last, and most anticipated movie for them, so I'm sure they'll watch it anyhow.

I think the cheating scandal has turned some people off from the series. However, I very much look forward to seeing the last one. All it takes is a suspension of disbelief. :)

I hated Breaking Dawn the book and refuse to see the movies, but Twilight fans in general really dug the last movie and are dying to see the last of the series and I don’t blame them. How could they not watch the last installment of a series. (Even though you know how it ends) Fans were really deluding themselves if they thought Kristen and Rob were gonna make it, but recent events won’t deter them.

The only good thing and I do mean ONLY good thing here about these insipid books and the even worse movies they spawned was the renewed interest in vampires. Ah yes, spill off for my own vampire erotica ( Dear children and young teens, Stay away from my book) other than that, the twinkly vampires and the fact that Kristin Stewart is a mildly attractive, emotionally impaired young woman keeps me from ever coming near the franchise.
