Kim Kardashian Might Be Dumping Instagram: Good Grief or Good Riddance?

Since Instagram announced its new policy, lots of celebs have threatened to look for an alternate photo sharing service. But as much as the company was probably sad to see Pink and Xzibit go, Kim Kardashian’s potential withdrawal may be the biggest blow of all. The reality diva has threatened to drop her account too if they don’t change their tune.

According to some interpretations of the revised terms of service policy, Instagram now has the rights to sell users’ photos to any third party without their approval or any compensation. Needless to say, stars don’t want their personal snapshots pimped out to just anyone. And, of course, Kim K would understandably be especially sensitive given the fact that she’s known to post lots of cleavage-revealing pics and lovey-dovey images of her and her latest man Kanye West.

For their part, Instagram insists that it’s all just one big misunderstanding and they have no intention of hawking anyone’s pictures. In the meantime, Kardashian is mulling over the situation. So she’s looking into her various options. While Instagram might not miss Kim, they’ll certainly miss her almost six million followers. Will you be upset if Kim Kardashian leaves Instagram?
