TheWrap.com is reporting that a law suit has been filed in Los Angeles claiming Khloe K and ten others put a beat down on Ronald S Spears AKA Chantal Spears on 12/5/09 in Hollywood.

This happened two years ago and now this person wants to sue? He was dressed as a female and tried to approach Lamar, when security took him/her down.

The reason doesn't matter; assault is still assault, and the person is still within the statute of limitations.

If it can be proven that KK attacked her, then she's gotta deal with the consequences.

Thats true, but I saw the film. This person runs up to Lamar and screams. "you are not ready to be married", then she points her/his finger in KK face and screams, "you are taking him away from us". She/he then says "I got something for you bitch"... thats when she/he starts reaching in her/his purse, kk security takes her down and hold her there until police arrive.

Maybe she/he still has a case I am not sure. He/she has a history of stalking two other stars. I dont think this person is mentally stable.

I'm just irritated that something else happened that puts attention on anyone from that family.

It doesn't bother me at all, I just pretty much ignore people or things that get on my nerves. Its not their fault that people made them famous. Hell if I could make that kind of money on my NAME alone, I would.
