Ke$ha has some kind of fixation with brushing her teeth. And she's also, um, not shy. The girl who once copped to brushing her teeth with Jack Daniels tweeted a nude picture of herself getting ready for the MTV VMAs on Thursday.

"Just naked brushing my teeth pre VMAs!" read the caption that went with the Instagram shot. But once again, Ke$ha proved that she cleans up nicely. She appeared at the awards show in a partially sheer black lace minidress, with her long blonde hair swept to the side and understated makeup. Glam!
