O.J. Simpson murdered his ex-wife Nicole Brown, or so Kato Kaelin reportedly told The New York Post. "The statute of limitations has now passed ... so I can now say ... yes, he did it," the Post quotes Kaelin, a witness in Simpson's infamous 1994-1995 murder trial, as saying. Kaelin also reportedly said that he was "too scared" to come forward with the truth during the trial.

Kato Kaelin

BUT, Kato is telling TMZ he never said any such thing, explaining, "I would never say something like this" and adding, "I have no first-hand knowledge." Simpson was acquitted of murdering Brown and her friend Ronald Goldman. Kaelin was staying in a guest house on the Simpson property on the night Brown and Goldman were killed in 1994. All these years later, do you think O.J. did it?

There is no "statute of limitations" on murder, so first off that shows how kookie he is. But, yes, 104 different blood points of evidence convinced me!

Absolutely! who else on this earth wanted those poor people dead. And murdered so savagely! This is one time the legal system flopped.

He didn't try to run because he was innocent. He either did it, or knew who did IMO.

From what I remember of the case I believe there was enough damning evidence against O.J. to suggest-to me,anyway-that he probably DID do it.
Personally,I think the most likely explanation for him getting 'away with it' was the fear that it would trigger race riots, especially since he was also a popular sports celebrity at the time...

You would be surprised how many Blacks believe that Kato Kaelin either did it, or was involved in a drug-deal that went sour, resulting in deaths; and for that reason, he knows who did it; but it was NOT O.J. . . . Btw, there is no Statute of Limitation on Murder in the State of California.

I know . . . On some of these Murder Trial Court (Justice?) Fiasco's . . . Sometimes you feel like saying; "Then no one is dead?" The Prosicution has to be extremely cautious; especially in a high-profile case, to NOT make it appear as if the Defendant DID IT; but instead, there has to be proven that a victim (the deceased) lost his/her life, in the presence of the Defendant; and that IT IS POSSIBLE that the Defendant got a very close look at the Crime Scene immediately before, during, and just following the actual death of the victim . . . But whatever the Prosicutor does; DO NOT EVER SAY THAT THE DEFENDANT DID IT; or else the whole thing could be thrown-out, on some kind of Legality causing a mistrial.

and not because of O.J.'s race; when i first heard of these grisly murders, it never crossed my mind to suspect O.J.; I actually felt sorry for him and the children; but once i saw that low-speed car chase, i changed my mind; the trial did not change it back; but the juice is behind bars now anyway--justice done, and all of it by O.J. himself--

I think it's painfully obvious to anyone with a lick of sense that he did it. of course the thing got blown up into a racial issue when it was going on but honestly, he totally did it.

Not only a smirk but he actually looks a tad surprised that they didn't fit. Cochran is sitting there wondering if he had shrunk them enough from his tampering with them. It almost looks like he's trying to get two fingers into one glove finger. And you don't bend your hands while trying to pull on gloves. I'd have a hard time getting my own gloves to fit doing that. The defense should never have had free access to those gloves.

I think Kaelin is a lying scumbag who was paid under the table to keep his mouth shut for the trial, and now has to stay silent for fear of being charged with perjury. There is no statute of limitations on murder. Seems to me that if a witness lied in court and it was proven so at a later date then said witness could be charged as some kind of accessory to said murder, therefore I would be surprised if there were a statute of limitations on any of the witness's testimony. It's only my ignorant opinion though.

DUH!! The evidence was overwhelming in that case. OJ only got off because of a hand picked biased/race card sequestered jury and crooked lawyer Johnny Cochran the guy that coud get ANY celeb out of jail.

They're saying that Cochran tampered with the evidence as well. He did something to the gloves so they'd be too tight for O.J.'s hands.

as a woman, i know what blood does to leather or fabric--it SHRINKS it, as anyone who has menstruated knows perfectly well, so that argument never convinced me; that said, johnnie cochran was just doing his job, which was to free his client; that the jury fell for this nonsense is what astonishes me--

As he said he has no first hand knowledge. So his guess is as good as yours or mine. But I guess yes he did. During the trial he was too scared to come forward with what truth, he has no evidence. He's looking to get money from someone, look out.

Based on the actual evidence that was witheld from court. The prosecutors wrote books with a lot of detailed information. In the Casey Anthony trial they had no evidence,so made some up which was all proven to br fake. However, the media...namely Nancy Grace condemned her from day onr
