Kathy Griffin hosted CNN's New Year's Eve with Anderson Cooper. Griffin got inappropriate with her sexual advances and lewd dialog with Cooper, including a kiss on his crotch.

Griffin said, “I'm going to tickle your sack. You can say sack. That's not bad.”

Cooper politely refused her advances and pulled her up before tightly holding her so she wouldn't go down to kiss his privates again. Cooper acted professionally in the awkward situation.

funniest dam thing i ever missed knew i shoulda tuned in but i had a good movie to watch and fell asleep after it, but did i laugh that morning when i heard about it anderson almost blushed three shades and was it funny oh so much so now what quaker wouldent find that hilarious????

I didn't think it was funny and I'm no prude. There is a time and place for everything and this was neither the time nor the place for that. I think it's time for CNN to rethink Griffin on their New Years Eve show.

Not funny. Not sad....offensive. Why would CNN invite Griffin to host? She gets attention with shock. Everybody knows that. Since she thinks nothing of doing this on camera, I am sure her guttertrash behavior is no holds barred behind the Hollywood closed doors. Cooper has class, as he clearly showed by trying to diffuse Griffin's very public efforts at reverse sexual harassment. What was ABC thinking? In the light of Jerry Sandusky, I'm surprised anyone finds someone trying to force themselves upon another person funny. Sad. Very sad.

She and Cooper have been hosting it for years now. They thought she may not have been back this year as she always goes overboard but she was back. My wife watches CNN I find it drab and boring. You have a great year also I looked forward to converting your to the Progressive side. LOL just kidding.
