Kate the Great has done it again. Kate Middleton tops Vanity Fair's International Best-Dressed List, winning raves for the Jenny Packham gown she wore to a concert at the Royal Albert Hall along with other notable dresses... and hats.

But the Duchess of Cambridge has a style rival in "The Help" actress Jessica Chastain, who put herself on the fashion map with her Alexander McQueen gown at the 2012 Academy Awards.

Vanity Fair also cites Jay-Z, Tom Brady, Alicia Keys, Diane Kruger, Matt Lauer and Prince Harry among other bold-faced names. We get Kate Middleton, but we're not sure we would have put any of these other stars on the list. Who do you think is the best-dressed celeb?

She never looks bad. She never even looks decent. Lol, she's always dressed impeccably. And I think one of the things that's so good about her fashion sense is that she knows her body and she knows the occasion. You see a lot of celebrities who don't know what works for their bodies very well. She plays up all the right parts.
Some other celebrities that I find usually look great that weren't on the list are:

Selena Gomez (lol, i don't even like her but the girl's got style)

Rihanna:

Zoe Saldana:

Nina Dobrev:

Diane Kruger normally looks so nice but I'm not wild about the dress in the slideshow :/
