Kate the Great has done it again. Kate Middleton tops Vanity Fair's International Best-Dressed List, winning raves for the Jenny Packham gown she wore to a concert at the Royal Albert Hall along with other notable dresses... and hats.

But the Duchess of Cambridge has a style rival in "The Help" actress Jessica Chastain, who put herself on the fashion map with her Alexander McQueen gown at the 2012 Academy Awards.

Vanity Fair also cites Jay-Z, Tom Brady, Alicia Keys, Diane Kruger, Matt Lauer and Prince Harry among other bold-faced names. We get Kate Middleton, but we're not sure we would have put any of these other stars on the list. Who do you think is the best-dressed celeb?

    The Duchess does look elegant, but I am a big fan of the Retro look and Alicia Keys looks like she stepped out of the 40s. Simply breath taking.

    Kate Middleton or Catherine Middleton deserves the best-dressed celeb because she knows how to wear her dresses very elegantly, stunningly, and fashionably. When it comes to modernity, I admire her so much. She can be a future Queen by the year '20s or '30s and years ahead. Other place had Russia's Catherine the Great. How about UK's Catherine the Great?
