He Said:

"You know everyone loves and respects Michael but times change. It’s so sad to see Michael gone but it makes a path for a new King of Pop and I’m willing to take that on. There’s nobody who can match me in sales and in Kanye West respect so it only makes sense for me to take over Michael’s crown and become the new King. First there was Elvis, then there was Michael, now in the 21st century its Kanye’s time to rule.
I have nothing but respect for Michael but someone needs to pick up where he left off and there’s nobody better than me to do that. I am the new King of Pop. "

Wow.. almost unbelievable that after Michael Jackson dies, he tries to steal the title. He thinks he has as much talent as Elvis Presley AND MJ? For all I care, he can stick to the title of gay fish.

MJ was and always will be the King of Pop. That's like saying someone can replace Elvis... This guy thinks he can just come out and take someone else's title, and right after the man dies, too. He should be ashamed of himself.

he can't do that, he didn't earn that title and Michael Jackson did. Kanye is a loser and nothing close to what M.J is and always was, M.J. is the one true king of pop and no one can take that away from him because of all the accomplishments he did through out his life, his music and around the world. I mean he brought nations together, Kanye hasn't done anything like that and nver will. Sorry to say it, but I hate Kanye's guts for this, and i now officially hate him. And you know what i'm not sorry, you stupid gayfish.

No, he is not the king of pop...Mj is the true king of pop. Other artists cannot top Mj to be the king of pop. Bottom line.

Kanye would have to break every record that MJ set, and then some...mj was not self proclaimed, he was givin the title...kanye needs to get over his self. I don't think he wants me to like him.

Elvis wasnt even called the king of "pop", he was called the King.

Elvis was called the "King of Rock & Roll" by the press, the DJ's and the fans.

Michael Jackson declared HIMSELF to be the "King of Pop". The press and the fans eventually agreed.

Kanye West is just a mediocre performer....

um I think that he should just leave michael in the corrective place where he deserves to be. I mean he might be a good hip pop artist but not as great as the legends. So I think he needs to lower it up a notch.

What are you talking about? I obviously didn't sit here and write his whole quote over, i cut and paste what he wrote on his blog. If you look pass the caps his point is there and a good one, If you can't, take it up with him since HE wrote it that way.
