When the moving trucks pulled away from the Los Angeles home shared by Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart this weekend, one major possession was left unclaimed. Bear, the dog, is currently the subject of a bitter battle between K-Stew and R-Pattz -- and R-Pattz allegedly swears he’ll fight his ex for custody.
Back in 2011, a big to-do was made of the fact that the couple took a giant leap in the commitment level of their relationship when they adopted Bear together. They rescued the mixed breed mutt from a high-hill shelter in New Orleans while shooting “Breaking Dawn.” Many speculated that this step cemented their status and proved they would live happily ever after. Of course, now that Stewart has stepped out on her vampire beau with her “Snow White and the Huntsman” director Rupert Sanders, the fairytale has come to a crashing end.
A heartbroken Pattinson allegedly wants custody of the dog to help him heal, but she apparently is fighting for joint custody. That might be tricky to work out the details since the two are allegedly not on speaking terms. It seems like since she caused the split, he should at least get the pup. What do you think: Who should get custody of Bear?

She cheated on Rob and yet she's fighting to keep the dog? She does not deserve the dog. The least she can do is let Rob keep the dog since she ruined everything.
The dog stays with R-Pattz.
