Justin Bieber's New Album Tops the Charts: Can You Believe It?

Justin Bieber's new album, "Believe," was projected to sell over 400,000 its first week -- more than enough to send it to the No. 1 spot on the Billboard 200. Well it didn't quite make the mark, but 374,000 was still plenty. The 18-year-old's mentor, Usher, was last week's lucky star with "Looking 4 Myself," which made the top with a mere 128,000. Not a problem for Bieber.

The debut also marks an interesting milestone. "Believe" made Bieber the first artist in history to debut four different albums or EPs at the No. 1 spot while still a teenager, and he's got another couple of years to stretch that record out.
