Justin Bieber Sued by Bodyguard for Alleged Assault: Do You Believe the Claims?

Justin Bieber has been doing a lot to tarnish his good name lately and a new claim that surfaced this week will be added to the list. An ex-bodyguard is suing the pop singer for allegedly assaulting him.
Moshe Benabou claims that in addition to punching him repeatedly in the chest, JBiebs publically berated him and withheld overtime pay despite years of 12 to 14 hour days. Benabou is seeking over $420,000 in unpaid salary and unspecified damages for the assault.
Benabou claims he was fired after the assault incident, but Bieber’s camp said he was let go after being caught in a lie and that he is just a disgruntled employee. The bodyguard’s lawyer released a statement saying, "Mr. Benabou deserved, as does any employee, to be treated with respect, dignity and in accordance with the law. Unfortunately, he was not."
