I have never, nor will I ever, like his "music"---but considering his age, this isn't "just being a kid". This is insulting someone's looks. He's a "big boy" now, should he not know better? Probably not, seeing that famous people age down instead of up in most cases.

As far as I can recall he has said a couple of rude/inappropriate things. It feels to me like anything good he ever does is for publicity, but I don't know him so I'll hold back judgement. I don't know in what context he said what he said. I know, through own experience, that interviewers often turn what you say (and how you say it) completely upside down. When I was his age I wouldn't have said what he said if he really did. Prince William might not be the best husband, but insulting someone's looks is awful. People don't choose their own looks and it's not so easy living with certain problems like receding hair (or in my case too much of it). They say there's always a product for everything, but when you are in the situation of needing it the reality is often harsh and you realize these products don't help you and you struggle with trying to fit into what people think is normal. I think it's even kind of admirable that William might not use a product to help it. If he's happy with who he is why question it? He's got every reason to be happy! He'll probably be laughing about Justin's comment.

I really can't understand how girls find him cute. Not hating just to be a hater but he does look like a girl. Normally I would not bring it up but since he said something like that I guess it's okay to bring it up now. He can criticize then he can take what I just said.

He's thinning and it looks bad but in some way it's actually admirable the way he is about it. He seems pretty secure.

He's not "just a kid" anymore; he's grown into a douchebag. I mean, realistically everyone can see that Prince William is a bit thin on the top. There's no reason whatsoever to call him out on it. I mean, maybe he hasn't given his hair much thought because he actually has a life and can't make sure he's perfectly coiffed 24/7 like Bieber, who contributes nothing but pain and suffering to the world by his mere existence.

Actually not all cases can be treated with simple medications or treatment, it depends on the cause. Justin is just acting like a kid - I think he should be a bit more aware that his view points are going to go massively viral. I also think he's probably only caught up in hair because so much of his own career centered on his own.
