Justin Bieber Reportedly Overheard Using Four-Letter Words on Plane: Spoiled Brat or Normal Teenager?

Justin Bieber, it seems, is not so innocent. The 18-year-old was returning from a promotional tour on a Air New Zealand flight last week when a spy overheard him "blurting out cuss words," TMZ reports.

The Biebs and his entourage were reportedly slinging four-letter words and "getting so loud" that a mother of two asked him to "stop yelling curse words and using that kind of language on a plane. It's not appropriate."

But cut Bieber some slack: a source tells TMZ he was embarrassed by his not-exactly-first-class behavior, and quickly apologized to the woman. Are you willing to overlook Bieber's potty mouth? Or do you think fame and fortune have gone to his head?

This is normal for typical teenagers. But the good this about it was he was embarrassed and he apologized. It would be bratty if he continued to use the language. Teens talk like this even when they don't have the kind of fame and stature he has, so I doubt that had anything to do with it.

I personally don't curse, but this is nothing out of the norm or any teen or adult.

He might be famous, but he's still a teenager.
It's good that he felt embarrassed by his behavior and apologized.
Shows he isn't as much of a brat as people think.

He's just acting like any other teenager would. The fact that he seemed contrite and apologized for upsetting someone else on the plane was really nice/good of him.

I think it's normal because even though he is a teen role model - he's 18 now, and while that is still 'teen' it's getting to be adult. If it was a long flight, he may have been extremely tired. I'd not be surprised if he's being pushed to do incredible amounts of work 24/7, on top of the added stress of having many people literally despise him. I may not like his music - but I don't wish him harm and I think judging him when we can't possibly know his circumstances is asinine. He's another childhood star - I'm just waiting for the dateline interviews.

It annoys me that everyone is acting like this is normal because most teenagers swear. Personally, I cuss, sometimes in public, but not on an airplane or other confined areas where everyone can hear me, and ESPECIALLY not anywhere near children. Besides, isn't he supposed to be some kind of perfect teen role model?

Really he made on mistake. He even apologized for it. I just got off the plane last night and this whole time this old guy was cursing in front of little kids never said sorry or anything and JB said sorry for what he done and you gonna kill him for it.XP Also there is no such thing as "Perfect Person"

Immature. Those four letter words show a lack of intelligence.

Most of us do not swear loudly and profusely in public places with children around. That is just being bratty and rude.

Where I live, we call teenagers and people in general that do that Chavs. They are at the bottom of society. We are generally quite polite company, I don't know what teens are like in America...

Well I don't understand what you meant so just trying to answer this in the best way. Um just because some is at the top of society doesn't mean they can't make mistake. Also he said sorry which is actually general a nice way to fix it. All teenagers are different and its not defined by were they live but how they have been raised. Were you live there can someone that's not polite and very mean or polite and very nice. Its how they were raised to be. Its the same every were else.

I apologise, I thought it said his mother, anyways, it's Justin Bieber, some attention-wanting woman may easily have just decided to have a go at him for saying maybe one word just to make him look bad in press.

Is it that obvious? Lol. He's an arrogant douche who didn't know what the Sistine chapel was and whose songs are shallow and meaningless. To say he's not my idol is putting it lightly.
