This is normal for typical teenagers. But the good this about it was he was embarrassed and he apologized. It would be bratty if he continued to use the language. Teens talk like this even when they don't have the kind of fame and stature he has, so I doubt that had anything to do with it.
I personally don't curse, but this is nothing out of the norm or any teen or adult.

Justin Bieber, it seems, is not so innocent. The 18-year-old was returning from a promotional tour on a Air New Zealand flight last week when a spy overheard him "blurting out cuss words," TMZ reports.

The Biebs and his entourage were reportedly slinging four-letter words and "getting so loud" that a mother of two asked him to "stop yelling curse words and using that kind of language on a plane. It's not appropriate."
But cut Bieber some slack: a source tells TMZ he was embarrassed by his not-exactly-first-class behavior, and quickly apologized to the woman. Are you willing to overlook Bieber's potty mouth? Or do you think fame and fortune have gone to his head?

Any bets on him running for resident of the US when he comes of age?
After all, sounds like the same guy to me.
In all seriousness, this is just the media blowing everything out of proportion like they always do. It sounds like he was oblivious rather than bratty, and he was quick to apologize. I can't say I'm above the same thing happening to me- I have a pretty bad mouth, I admit it, and I'm basically his age (we're a year apart, almost to the day).
Besides, if this is what the fame makes him do it's not that bad lol
could be worst, just think of Britney Spears...
it's perfectly normal
is swearing really going to hurt anyone?
