Justin Bieber may be playing a role in "The X Factor." The Biebs was photographed being greeted by judge L.A. Reid as he showed up to help mentor the over 25s group, Zap2it reports. More evidence: Bieber tweeted, "long day but great day. @LA_Reid @ScooterBraun just like old times! thanks."

Reid himself also tweeted: "Great day with my guys! @justinbieber @scooterbraun @TheXFactorUSA." Meanwhile, Nick Jonas is rumored to be helping judge Demi Lovato with the teens. So ... if you were trying out on "The X Factor," would you take music advice from Justin Bieber? Or is he the last person you would listen to?

    I think it depends on the topic. Music business knowledge, for instance, does not come with age. I am 47 and do not know anything about it. He has a specialized knowledge.

    maybe we are the same age, i dont know but i didnt mean it in that sense..what i meant was i prefer to take advice from someone way older because they are probably wiser and they know better and if it happened to be advice about the music industry i woudnt ask him either

    Cool. I do not know anything about him, I do not think I am even heard him sing, just heard a 5 min interview once. He seems very young and a little overwhelmed, but like a nice kid. He is in a hard business, so I figure he must have learned something by now, that's all.

    I don't think he's a "big star" but everyone should get to voice they're opinion and it's not like you have to listen to him. Give him a chance to screw up before you shoot him down.

    He has no real world experience. He made tons of money off of pre-pubescent girls obsessing over him. That was just his genetics that made him famous. If he looked like this

    I love Justin. I think that he wants to see people succeed from something out of nothing because that was how he started out from YouTube. I think he would be an AMAZING mentor, because he's one to his fans, us beliebers. <3 I JUST LOVEEEE HIM :D

    L.A. Reid is the other part of the famous team of "baby Face and L.A.Reid" who was the producers for "Usher", "TLC" and "Tonie Braxton" just to name a few! L.A.Reid is good at his craft!! Justin Bieber you have one of the best mentors in the music industry!

    His success has been on the shrieking tween girls that couldn't care less about how he sings.

    No surprise about L.A. Reid - he should have been churned out after the last season. He liked to bring up his involvement in Bieber's career.
