If Justin Bieber is trying to create a bad boy image for himself, he’s on the right track. First, he posted Instagram photos of an alleged Vodka-infused bash in Mexico on New Year’s Eve. Not long after a photographer died while on a mission to capture shots of Justin smoking weed, the 18-year-old pop star was captured with what looked like a joint in his hand at a Newport Beach hotel room party. Then, he shared a photo of his bare bottom online.

But wait there’s more! And this time, Bieber’s latest antic might actually land him in hot water. It all comes down to a photo of Justin and a fan at a meet-and-greet in Miami. That sounds innocent enough... until you notice that he seems to have his hand on her breast.

Since it’s posted on his official website, it’s hard to make the claim that the pic is a Photoshop job. Some sources are saying the girl in question actually asked him to do it and he kindly obliged. The fan, who goes by Joceyln on her Twitter account, described the moment saying, "I whispered that it was my 2nd time sneaking in & he kissed me on the cheek in the picture & it looks like his hand is there."

No matter what happened, it seems like the post-Selena Gomez Bieber might be having a bit too much fun. If he’s not careful, this one might come back to haunt him. Do you think the grope was an accident -- or harassment?

I think that may be a bit harsh only because I don't know for sure what was in his mind, or what his intentions were. It does not however, look like an accident.

I do know celebrities (and other people) use their power positions to "cop a feel" when they can. So, was he trying to get somewhere with her? I wasn't there so I don't know.
