Looks like Justin Bieber could have used a few more years in high school. David Letterman was teasing the 18-year-old pop star about his latest tattoo, urging him to draw the line at creating a mural like "the Sistine Chapel," when the Biebs responded, "I'm not going for the Sixteenth Chapel."

Knowing he had the perfect set-up for a joke, Letterman responded, more to the audience than to Bieber, "Canadian high school!" as the Biebs looked on cluelessly.

It was a tie between Beiber and Beckham. Hilton was all too expected and I think she does that for attention. She is a pretty good actress actually. I liked her in Repo and that wax movie where she was impaled. Spears and Sheen were just druggy.

Finally somebody else who "gets" Paris. She actually is a decent actress. Any body who bought into any of her antics on her reality shows, well, that just proves how good she is. I don't believe for one second there's a thing she's done that wasn't planned for effect.

Charley at his worst made the best quotes ever!!! Bieber unfortunately like all the child stars has missed out on a lot of necessary life knowledge and thinking skills. The teen years when you are just starting to figure things out are blocked out by moms and managers making decisions. He can learn. He has the money and ability to travel. Or worst thought. Maybe he would be the same if he was not a star. Money will never compensate for learning and discovering and you should start the process earlier then teen years.

Clearly blows the others away. Even my 9 yr old knows that Africa is not in Japan! I don't care for Pickler & I don't think she can sing but I don't see her question as stupid as others make it out to be. I've noticed that, too. It seems like almost every time there is a multiple choice poll, people vote most for whomever the one is mentioned in the title. Kind of frustrating. It reminds me not to put too much stock in those sodahead opinion recaps and breakdowns. I thought opinions were about having a mind, but sometimes the votes seem to be so mindless...

Some of those sound like intentional jokes. "Where is the Cannes Film Festival being held this year" and "I want my child christened, I just don't know for which religion yet" sound like some pretty good one-liners to me, but I'm probably giving them too much credit.
