I know that he works hard. he may not be the best singer in the world, and that he has a lot of haters, but have you ever heard his story, it is amazing. you don't have to like is music, or even him, but keep the negative comments to yourself please. he is working hard.

Though I actually hate his music, he is rather good at quite a few things. He can skate very well, play guiter pretty well, does extreme sports, gives to charity, and is actually quite humble. I hate it, but he's actually a decent person.

Wow, if he really said that then he does need checked for mental instability. He couldn't be more what Cobain hated than anyone else. He loves the fame, Cobain supposedly loathed it. There are many more things I could say, but I just don't need to.

He said that in an interview sometime last year I believe. It was quite tasteless to say the least. There will NEVER be another Kurt Cobain and unless Bieber is planning to commit suicide, then I can't see how he ''feels like the Kurt Cobain of our generation''.

It was probably just an Ego thing. He is a very nice person, but to even go there really pisses in my Cheerios. I just don't see how he could think he is even comparable. He's big right now, but Cobain and Nirvana set the entire world on fire and changed music everywhere overnight. Beiber is just another pop turd in the toilet of music we got going on nowadays. I cannot wait till we flush that thing and move on, music has been on pause for 10 years at least.

Well, I don't know him personally but his music is irritating enough for me. He's big with females particularly between the ages of 6-19/20 maybe. Nirvana has a much wider range of fans and they sure did take the music world by storm. He sure is another pop turd. He'll go away sooner or later. Quite frankly, I haven't heard music since the 80s. lol

I can respect that, the 80's had some of the most talented groups in music. It also finished what the 60's and 70's started with the sexual revolution, it brought Homosexuality to the forefront. It also brought musical charity to world issues. It saw many new forms of expression explode onto the scene such as goth and new wave(the original emo, imo) and indie. Metal got a neo-classical facelift and people started shredding progressions and patterns originally intended for piano on guitars makeing facemelting solos possible. I loved everything about that era. Oh, and SNL was still funny then.
