Justin Bieber Accused of Battery: Believable or Bunk?

The paparazzo probably just wants money after being shoved into a car or slapped. Honestly, if I had people sneaking up on me with cameras I'd get a guard dog.

There are other "multiple paparazzi around, there are no photographs of the incident", sounds bogus.
A lot of paparazzi are deserving, they are intrusive, prying and known to bate celebs into getting angry and violent. If he did it I hope he doesn't get charged because he was badger into it.

What is not believable is that someone would admit getting their ass kicked by Justin Beiber!!!!!

I don't get the paparazzi they can take as many pictures as they want and the celebrities and they are not suppose to complain but the second the celebrity come after them the scream bloody murder.

Believable because it could have happened. It's easy to hurt someone, and few people walk the razors edge between legal and harassment quite as closely as the Paparazzi. Could have been legally justified, could have been a grey area, could have been an over-reaction. We don't know, but it's definitely not out of the question.

Just because you are willing to sing girly, cheap music (oh, and because of that, be able to buy a house when your fricken 18. Think about THAT, haters), doesn't mean you would have any problems punching a dude out. Besides, all those accusations of him being girly? Look at the picture: he looks like a normal 18 year old kid. Okay, the purple shoes are a bit silly, Ill give you that, but who amongst us didn't make some silly aesthetic choices when we were 18?

If he is found liable for battery...it's a shame. It's hard to really blame an 18 year old for flying off the handle at someone as odious as the Paparazzi, and he's a legal adult now. Good luck Bieber, I personally have never listened to one of your songs (That I know of), but you made a bunch of people happy and got paid for doing it, and I have to respect that.

They can get a picture of him putting on his shoe, but when he's "assaulting" a man who landed in the hospital, the cameras weren't around for that. Yeah, right...

As much as I'm not impressed with him, we need to stop the feeding frenzy on celebs, thus putting the 'paparazzi' out of business.

It's believeable because how the paparazzo blocked him off. He probably got out the car to ask him to move and he starting taking pictures. I read all about it. the photographer most likely had it coming but thats not gonna stop the incident from making justin bieber look bad. ole buck tooth beavers got some publicity again. has anyone else noticed he's wearing girls socks?

The 'smart' paparazzo (lawsuit in mind) made her lose it to the point of slapping, scratching & hair pulling. Next: order an ambulance &....... bingo, now he could very well become rich.
