Justin Bieber reportedly unleashed his inner rage upside a paparazzo in Calabasas on Sunday, where he recently bought a home. According to officials, there was was a physical altercation between Bieber and a photographer outside of a shopping center that landed the photographer in the hospital. Check out the video below for more details.

Despite there being multiple paparazzi around, there are no photographs of the incident, calling the entire situation into question. The incident is still under investigation, but due to the high profile of the case, police have already handed it over to prosecutors. Justin Bieber could face up to 6 months in jail if he's convicted. Do you think it's believable or bunk?

I have trouble believing that kid sent a grown man to the hospital. I wouldn't be surprised if that paparazzo was faking this whole thing. Ugh, I hate those kinds of people. Parasites.

If either party committed offences in a public place surely witnesses will provide the requisite evidence? Otherwise, any prosecution for assault based purely on a complainant's allegations will almost always be unsafe.

hey, its justin beiber, not shaqille o'neal. if he got into it with someone, i doubt if there is any permanent damage to the other party. besides, public personalities should expect these camera toting bastards at events. taking pix of a celeb at their private home is out of bounds, and should be illegal.

The guy was a photographer, yet no pictures of at least BEFORE the scene? I doubt it. He's probably some leech, lookin for a bit of cash. Like that girl who tried to claim her son was his. It was about the money.

Bieber's too cute to be able to actually hurt someone. He probably hits like a 4 year old. Personally if it were true, the photographer would be too ashamed to admit it was Bieber that kicked his ass. That's like admitting your ass was kicked by Shirley Temple during the filming of Heidi.

If, as some reports say, the paparazzi guy blocked in beiber's car so that he could take more photos, then I can understand the bieb's frustration.
