Jonas Brothers pledge virginity until marriage. Are they for real?

Teen heartthrobs, The Jonas Brothers have made a public vow of chastity. The three brothers, ages 15, 18, and 20, made the announcement at a press conference before their sold out show at Madison Square Garden. Holding up promise rings that their minister father gave them in honor, they explained what was behind their purity declaration. "We promise to ourselves and to God that we’ll stay pure till marriage," said 18 year old Joe. So, do you think these boys are being genuine? Or is this a Britney like publicity stunt?

    i know them personaly and they are the best guys anyone can meet...its almost crazy! i love them all like brothers...they are all amazing...and they care about theyre fans more than anyone in the world.! (well beisides theyre family) they are so grateful and wish they could meet all of you!<3

    haha i love how you say they are so gay when the only reason you dont like them is because they are getting the attention from girls are you are not. dont be jealous now, its not good for your health. these boys are completely genuine. you can tell it by the way they act and talk. brittany spears may have said the same thing but her actions said something completely different. before you go shooting off your mouth for no reason, you need to ask yourself if you really know what you are talking about.

    I believe they're genuine, and good all around. And since they're brothers, I think if one of them started doing something bad or against their beliefs, the others won't be afraid to confront him. So I think they'll keep their vows.

    I actually think Britney Spears may have started genuine, but let hollywood get to her too much. and I don't think she had anyone around to help her stay true to her beliefs.

    the jonas brothers are some of the best role models for kids today, boys and girls alike. They made that promise to themselves and have nothing to prove. The people that doubt are just jealous!! i love the jonas brothers with ALL MY HEART!

    They are sweet guys and i have no doubt that they will stay pure until marriage. Being an 18 year old virgin myself, they inspired me to get a ring. Just as an image to all of the "players" in this world that their not getting what they planned on. I Love JB. they are my inspiration to be everything ive ever wanted to be. i have a want to sing and they brought it out in me. They are truly amazing, great role models and they make me want to be a better christian. Because of them i want to be the best me! and they are so lucky because they have it all. Family, support, love from fans. what more could you ask for in life? but to LIVE THE DREAM. JB you are thee best on this earth!!!! I wish i had a family like yours and i wish that i could be apart of the fam. Lets just say "Nick, I'll wait for you." Forever and for always!!!! Because true love really does wait. and i believe, it's meant to be.!

    I think that the Jonas Brothers are truely genuine. Just because Britney didn't keep her promise doesn't mean the Jonas Brothers can't. Besides, they are faithful christians and their father is a minister...they were raised to be good people. And no the Jonas Brothers are not gay, and I don't know why you think they would be. Theres nothing wrong with a guy who has a good sense of fashion. ;) I love the Jonas Brothers and I hope they continue to do what they are doing. <3
