Very mature of him to finally come forward and acknowledge what part he may played in the break up of their marriage but the question still remains, is she ready to move forward as well by accepting his apology and acknowledging her part as well ... the last time i saw her she still harbored within her a lot of anger.

The apology was probably nice but after all this time?? Makes me think there is a motive involved. Some believe that it is never too late to apologize and yes that can be true but for it to actually feel that it is meant....it is too late.

The longer apologies take to make the less they really feel they are sincere.

It's a late apology but, nevertheless, it's an apology. They have a million kids together and they need to take what they can get between each other to make things easier for the kids.

But I think she should be the one to apologize as well. Cheating on your significant other is wrong, but I don't blame him for doing what he did. She was a mega-bitch towards him and put him down.

In his own way he wants to bury the hatchet with Kate and move on.

He took a lot of crap from that emasculating wife...he did the right thing in getting the hell away from her....the bad thing he did was cheat...that's not cool....if you want to split, then do it and roll on...he has nothing to apologise for afterwards...She should have apologised for being a bitch on wheels and criticizing him nonstop when she would arrive after being gone for weeks at a time....he's running the house while she's gone...then to be told everything he does is wrong?!!! Seriously? Grrrrrrr!!!!

It's never too late to apologize. They have eight kids that need them to be grown ups. What would it be teaching their kids if they can't put their past behind them and move forward with there seperate lives.

oh, well then. yeah too little too late not that they should have been together in the first place. When you're not responsible enough to have children (particularly unnatural litters of them) when you can't even hold a relationship together.
