Love it or hate it, "Jersey Shore" has become a staple of American pop culture. So much so that the show has made 1209 Ocean Terrace in Seaside Heights -- a.k.a. "The Jersey Shore" house -- something of a landmark, and the subject of frequent vandalism. But it's not just bitter citizens doing the damage. Fans hit it up, too, writing things like "We love you Snooki" on the walls, or snatching a shingle for their "Jersey Shore" shrine. TMZ reports that it's repainted on a weekly basis.
The cast isn't currently shacking up at the "Shore" house, but it isn't going to waste. According to Zillow Real Estate, you could spend the night there for a paltry $3,500 on the off-season. That shoots up to $6,500 between May and mid-July, but if you book two or more nights you can knock it back down to $4,500. Not bad for "one of the hottest properties on the East Coast," right? Right...
