Hard to believe she's 50!
P.S. I had not heard about the builders in Los Angeles. She was ripped off when she was building a house in Texas which led to extensive litigation which I believe she won. She is very leary of builders. I do not blame her. So many of them will rip you off if they know you have money. I think it is safe to say that she has money!
