Even with her last album, it's easy to forget that Jennifer Lopez is even a singer. She's been working on "American Idol" so much, judging vocalists on their talent, that her own voice has faded into the background. Plus, she's got all those acting gigs. Acting is her first love, after all. But now she's setting off on an enormous world tour with Enrique Iglesias and Wisin Y Yandel, and it begs the question: Can she even sing?

Lopez announced the tour in Los Angeles on Monday: "We are going to give you everything we got. I think it's going to be one of the most historic tours ever. Because I don't know that there has ever been something ... where these Latinos have come together like this as family." J-Lo's tour with Enrique Iglesias and Wisin Y Yandel will hit 20 different cities worldwide, starting with Montreal on July 4.

No she cannot sing. Jlo played Selena and it went straight to her head! She is a beautiful woman, great actress but she needs ti leave the mic alone. I myself cannot sing and I can sing Jlo's songs on key, that is how I know for a fact the woman cannot sing.

I think she can sing very well! However, somebody should ask Kanye West about her singing. I would hate to see her win a singing award and then have Kanye storm on stage demanding that it be given to Beyonce!

I just think she is an ok singer. Kind of like hearing your neighbor or some random person sing a few bars of a song. It won't kill you to hear it, but you probably won't go out and buy the album. I don't think fans of J-lo support her for her voice quality. Maybe they like to see her dance, or they like her figure, or they like her personality or looks. Her singing voice isn't their top interest.

But who cares? Each cheek of her but is insured for 1 million dollars. I don't think she insured her voice at all (though I am not confident in that assumption). We all know why people go to her concerts.

Can't sing, too old to act 'hoochie', but does it anyway, too over-exposed by her own choice--drop the American Idol gig and stick to acting. Enrique Iglesias looks less-than-thrilled about the whole thing..I wonder how he got roped into this?

With the help of auto tune, of course she can. We're talking about REAL singing though. Those people like Justin Bieber who use auto tune aren't real singers, because they just use a machine to sound good (although I can't say that he does sound good at all). Real talent is wasted because people who already have acting jobs or just random annoying kids get "singing" jobs.

Yes she can sing a little but with today's technology, anybody with a decent voice can be a superstar. I think she's beautiful and has a nice ass. And that's important. Lol
But she's marginally talented in signing and acting.I wouldn't pay to see her sing or to see a movie she stars in. But I'd watch on video.
