If you go to google.com and type in "define:melancholy" you get the definition right away. I love google define, they've helped me learn a ton of words without needing to find the nearest dictionary or actually type in "dictionary.com" and look it up from there, heaven forbid. lol XD It's great for lazy people like me. It means gloomy or depressed, by the way. :)

On another note, Hunger Games makes me think of exactly what is happening to the U.S. under Snowbama. He could be cast as President Snow, and the Capitol resembles Hollywood and Political Elites. The rest of us, conservatives, would be the slaves in the Districts.

I wish women, in general, had the self-esteem that men have. Men always think they're awesome (or maybe 25% of them are lying).

A lot of women constantly say bad things about themselves & can't accept a compliment gracefully.

Let's all set a goal to accept a compliment without saying anything to negate the compliment as soon as it's given.

Let's all set another goal to give a genuine compliment to someone today, even if it's a stranger & it's just "I like your shoes!"

You never know when you might make someone's day.
