The on-screen hero of "The Hunger Games" dealt with an actual emergency on Monday like a real-life hero. According to The Daily News, actress Jennifer Lawrence noticed a young girl who had collapsed in front of her Santa Monica apartment, and stayed with the girl until help got there. Several images were taken at the scene, showing Lawrence in a kneeling position by the girl's side.
Police would not reveal much about the incident, but explained, "[Lawrence] was walking her dog when she saw the juvenile. She stood by as a Good Samaritan until officers arrived and spoke with them. It was a couple of juveniles involved in the incident. It could have been alcohol related. She’s okay." Have you ever come to the aid of a stranger? If so, tell us your story!

Yes+20I was doing X-rays on a lady when I worked in hospitals. And she was pretty beat up. She began to talk to me about it. The husband was abusive. She had tried to leave. But since he was a state patrol he always found her using his cop network. I had a friend who was a counselor and I called him. He got her to safety in another state.

Maybe... "Bitch. You just got knocked the f**k out."
I'm sure there's a funnier "Hunger Games" joke in it though. Someone else can do that.
