Plenty of NFL teams will tell you they hate to come in second place, especially if they end up the losers of the Super Bowl. As with every year, the winner of Super Bowl goes to Disney World. That means in addition to getting that elusive Super Bowl ring, either the San Francisco 49ers or Baltimore Ravens will be chilling with Mickey Mouse.
The loser however, will be heading back home with their spirits deflated, but fans of that team won't be sad for long. Well, not if Jell-O has anything to say about it. According to ESPN.com, Jello-O will be giving out its trademark snack for free in the Super Bowl losers' respective city. That means Niners or Ravens fans will either get a parade or some Jell-O goodness.
While bragging rights will only belong to Baltimore or San Francisco, at least the disappointed fans can say they received free Jell-O in an attempt to heal their broken hearts. Jell-O may not completely do the trick, but it's worth a shot and a unique marketing strategy by the company. Some will find it awful. Others will find it amazing. As tasty as Jell-O is, Niners and Ravens fans don't want to be the ones getting free food after Super Sunday.

They'll have Jell-O
I am not a fan of the sport. I prefer the real football. I have woken up at 5 in the morning to watch a game, but I never watch the Superbowl. But I live in San Jose, and while a lot of people also follow the Sharks, they also follow the Giants, and the 49ers. Me? I don't even watch the MLS games. Eropean football makes my weekends. I still have games on my DVR from the Football world cup back on 2010.
And really, for what I've heard from my uncle who actually won $100, Baltimore was leading by a lot, about 20+ and then ended up losing most of the lead. So I don't see how the 49ers loosing affects me.
