Because she is totally ignoring the people who actually try their best and deserve to be choregrapher, it's like nepotism except with your boyfriend...I don't know if they have a word for that in the English language, all I know is that what she is doing is unfair for the one person who actually deserves to be a choreographer

Well... Nepotism can be referencing any type of relative or loved one I suppose, so it'd include boyfriends or girlfriends too...
It just makes it a lot messier, cuz boyfriends and girlfriends can very easily stop being loved ones, LOL!

I was once denied a job in Wal-mart's electronics department because I'd be working under one of my cousins, and they had an anti-nepotism rule... The only position they had available was janitorial, so I told them to shove it!

Some would say no because it puts the business at risk if the relationship turns sour. But it's also true that the success of a relationship can improve success in business. The greater the risk, the greater the reward.
